Custom Orders

Most Eye Popping Art products are custom made, personalized, or printed on demand. This includes products created with your uploaded photo, artwork, logo, design, text, crop, selected size, material, finish, frame, mount, fabric, color, or product options.

You are responsible for reviewing all order details before checkout, including:

• Uploaded image or artwork
• Crop and positioning
• Spelling, names, dates, and custom text
• Product type
• Size and orientation
• Material, finish, frame, mount, fabric, color, or other options
• Quantity
• Billing and shipping information

Once a custom order enters production, it may not be possible to cancel, change, refund, return, or exchange the order.

Uploaded Content & Rights

Your uploaded content

When you upload photos, artwork, logos, text, designs, files, or other content to Eye Popping Art, you keep ownership of your content. However, you grant Eye Popping Art and our service providers the right to use, copy, store, modify, crop, display, transmit, and reproduce the content as needed to operate the website, create previews, produce your order, fulfill your purchase, provide support, resolve issues, and maintain business records.

Your responsibility for content rights

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and releases to upload, customize, print, reproduce, and use the content submitted with your order.

You agree not to upload or order products using content that infringes or violates another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy rights, publicity rights, moral rights, intellectual property rights, or other legal rights.

Content we may refuse

We may refuse, cancel, or remove orders or uploaded content that we believe is unlawful, infringing, abusive, threatening, defamatory, hateful, obscene, exploitative, fraudulent, harmful, or otherwise inappropriate. We may also refuse content that appears to violate intellectual property rights or the rights of another person.

No obligation to monitor all content

We may review uploaded content for production, quality, safety, or legal concerns, but we are not obligated to monitor all uploaded content and are not responsible for content submitted by customers.

Product Previews, Cropping & Color

Product previews

Our product previews are provided to help you visualize layout, crop, orientation, and placement before ordering. Previews are not a guarantee of exact color, scale, texture, brightness, contrast, edge behavior, material finish, or final appearance.

Cropping and edge areas

Different products have different shapes, safe areas, seams, wraps, curves, frames, mounts, and trim areas. You are responsible for reviewing your crop and keeping important faces, names, logos, dates, text, and key details away from edges, seams, wrapped areas, and trim zones.

Color differences

Printed products may look different from what you see on a phone, tablet, or computer screen. Screens are backlit and vary in brightness, contrast, and color settings. Printed materials reflect light and may have different textures, finishes, coatings, and color response. Slight color, brightness, contrast, texture, finish, or material differences are not considered defects.

Image quality

The final print quality depends heavily on the quality of the file you upload. Low-resolution images, screenshots, blurry photos, compressed social media downloads, dark images, grainy images, misspelled customer text, and poor-quality files may print poorly. You are responsible for submitting the best available file and reviewing your design before ordering.

Pricing, Payment, Taxes & Promotions

Pricing

Prices are listed on our website and may change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, product option errors, shipping calculation errors, coupon errors, or other mistakes before or after an order is placed.

Payment

Payment is required at checkout. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize the payment provider to charge the selected payment method for your order total, including product price, shipping, taxes, and any applicable fees.

Taxes

Taxes may be calculated at checkout based on the order details, shipping destination, and applicable tax rules.

Coupons and promotions

Coupons, discounts, promotions, sale prices, and special offers may have restrictions, expiration dates, minimum order requirements, product exclusions, or other conditions. Promotions cannot be combined unless clearly stated. We may modify or end promotions at any time.

Order refusal and cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit orders for reasons including suspected fraud, payment issues, pricing errors, product availability, address issues, abusive behavior, policy violations, or content concerns. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue any applicable refund according to the circumstances and applicable law.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help if production has not started yet.

Because custom orders can move into production quickly, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations will be possible after an order has been placed.

Once production has started, the order cannot be canceled, refunded, changed, or exchanged unless required by law or approved by Eye Popping Art due to a confirmed production defect, damaged shipment, incorrect item, or other qualifying issue.

Shipping, Processing & Delivery

Production and shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. Most products are custom made after you place your order, so processing time is separate from shipping time.

Typical production time is listed on our Processing Times page. Shipping details, free shipping thresholds, custom cut metal print shipping fees, tracking, and damaged shipment information are listed on our Shipping Policy page.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.

Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier. Weather, holidays, carrier delays, address problems, customs, and other events outside our control may affect delivery.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Because each order is custom made or printed specifically for you, Eye Popping Art does not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, choosing the wrong product, changing your mind, image quality issues from the uploaded file, color differences between screens and printed materials, or other customer-selected options.

We stand behind our craftsmanship. If your order arrives damaged, has a confirmed production defect, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us so we can review the issue and help determine the appropriate resolution.

Approved replacements are generally produced using the original file and order details submitted with the original order. If you want to use a different image, change the crop, change the size, change the material, or alter the design, it may need to be placed as a new order.

The Eye Popping Art website, logo, branding, product descriptions, page designs, website layout, graphics, photographs, illustrations, product previews, text, code, and other content created by or for Eye Popping Art are owned by Eye Popping Art or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, resell, exploit, scrape, or use Eye Popping Art website content, branding, images, product mockups, descriptions, designs, or materials without written permission, except as allowed by law.

Purchasing a product does not give you ownership of Eye Popping Art website content, branding, product templates, mockups, or design systems.

• Uploading viruses, malware, harmful code, or files designed to disrupt the website
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or customer accounts
• Using the website for fraud, chargeback abuse, spam, or misleading activity
• Interfering with website security, performance, or normal operation
• Scraping, copying, or harvesting website content in a way that violates these Terms or harms the website
