How do I upload my photo or image? Can I upload my own photo for coasters?
Click the “Upload Your Photo and Order Now” button, choose your image file (JPG/tif recommended) from your device, then position & preview your design. Once you’re happy, approve the proof and we’ll proceed to print.
What file resolution should I use?
For best print quality we recommend at least 300 dpi resolution at full size, with the image in sRGB colour space. Avoid blurry or low-light images for optimal results.
Can I order a single coaster or do I have to order a set?
You have full flexibility — you can order a single custom coaster or a set in multiple quantities (ideal for homes, events and bulk gifting). Mahogany holder comes with every set of four coasters.
How long will production and shipping take?
We typically produce your custom coasters within 3-5 business days after your proof is approved, and ship via UPS in most cases. Bulk orders may take slightly longer—please contact us for custom timelines.
Can I use these coasters for events or business branding?
